Live City Council Meeting Webcasts

The City of Citrus Heights is pleased to present webcasting of City Council meetings via the Sacramento Metropolitan Cable Commission. City Council meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 7 p.m.

About Webcasting

Community members with internet connections can view Citrus Heights City Council meetings live on their computer.

To view the streaming video, you need Windows Media Player 9* running on either a PC or Macintosh with a sound card and speakers or headphones. The live webcast is best viewed via DSL or a broadband connection. A 56K dial-up modem will work but will take a longer time to begin playing. Live webcasting is provided by Saccounty TV and Metro Cable.

*Older versions of Windows Media Player will not work. If you get the following message: "... player cannot play the file because the server is busy. Try again later.", this means more viewers than the service can support are trying to access the streaming video. If you have any other questions or problems viewing the webcast, please email the city's Webmaster.
